Refund Policy
- If you obtain a poor evaluation, we offer a complete refund; however, there are some restrictions to be aware of. Only if the unfavorable comments are the result of errors in our documentation or services will a full refund be given. We are unable to provide a refund if the poor evaluation results from problems on the client's end.
- At CDR Australia Experts, we regularly handle difficult cases involving clients who have previously been rejected or banned. We won't be able to give a refund in these situations if a client doesn't provide accurate information about their prior application or doesn't follow our guidance during the submission and feedback stages.
- If you choose to cancel your order during the process for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for the payments already made.
- You will receive a confirmation email with our return policies as soon as your order is placed. The precise terms that establish your eligibility for a refund will be outlined in this email.
